OBOB is a generic browser for open biomedical ontologies.

Description

The browser provides a drop down javascript tree view of the is_a hierarchy of the ontology. A selected term will then display a table of the meta data including the definition, parent and child relationship etc. A graph of the term back to the root node is displayed, which delineates the genus and differentiae of cross product terms.

Setting up OBO for a new ontology

OBOB runs from your server. It is configured for your ontology using a config file to set up the various parameters and deal with apache.
